Using gemnyestore.com means you accept what is on this page. If you do not, please stop using the site. These terms are between you and Gemnye LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

Purchases happen on Amazon, not here

This website does not sell anything. It has no cart, no checkout and no payment processing. Every purchase of the seat is a transaction between you and Amazon, governed by Amazon's conditions of use, sale, returns and refunds — not by these terms.

That means Amazon determines pricing, availability, delivery, cancellation, returns and refunds. Nothing on this site varies those terms, and nothing here should be read as an offer to sell. Where this site and the Amazon listing disagree about price or availability, the listing is correct.

Using the site

You may read this site, print it, and link to it. You may not:

• Copy its text, drawings or photographs for commercial use.
• Scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people.
• Attempt to break, probe or overload the contact endpoint.
• Use the contact form to send bulk, automated or unsolicited messages.
• Present the site or the brand as your own, or imply an association that does not exist.

What we own

The name Gemnye, the wordmark, the seat mark, the technical drawings, the photography and the text on this site belong to Gemnye LLC. The typefaces are licensed from their designers under the SIL Open Font Licence and are not ours to grant.

The product design and its tooling are ours. The mould this seat is made in was developed for Gemnye and is not shared with other brands.

Product information is indicative

We publish exact dimensions because a manufacturer should. They are the specified figures, and manufacturing tolerance means an individual unit may differ slightly. Photographs and drawings show the product as accurately as we can, and colour reproduction varies between screens.

Where a specification on this site differs from the Amazon listing at the moment you buy, the listing governs the purchase. Tell us if you find a disagreement and we will fix whichever one is wrong.

How the seat is meant to be used

The seat is a containment and comfort booster. It is not a crash restraint. It has not been independently certified, and no booster seat of this type has been. Use it on the back seat, with your dog's own harness clipped to the tether and never to a collar.

Read Fit and safety before you buy. If your dog is over the published limits, the seat is the wrong product and we would rather you did not buy it.

No warranty on this site's content

The site and everything on it is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current at every moment.

Indemnity

If your misuse of this site causes a third-party claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable cost of dealing with it. This does not apply to ordinary use of the site as intended.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Wyoming.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page. The effective date at the top moves when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. We do not apply changes retroactively to something that already happened.
