Gemnye · Elevate Every Journey
A contained, elevated seat for small to medium dogs who ride in the back.
High quilted sides, a raised front lip, and a belt path through the shell. Your dog sits up at window height instead of pacing the bench — contained in one place, and not climbing into the front while you drive.

What this is, plainly
A box that holds a small or medium dog in one place
The Gemnye seat is a structured, quilted box that holds a small or medium dog in a single place on the back bench: sides high enough to lean on, a front lip raised enough to discourage the jump out, and a two-inch belt path so the unit stays where you put it. It raises your dog to window height, which most dogs settle into faster than a flat seat. It has no independent certification, and we will not imply one — what we can describe is the containment, the elevation, the structure and the materials. Measure your dog against the Fit Ruler before you buy; if the numbers say no, we would rather you didn't.
Covers unzip and machine-wash cold. Sets up without tools. Sold and fulfilled in the US.
Three confirmed measurements
Measured, not rounded up
| Overall size (L × W × H) | 19 × 19 × 19 in | 48 × 48 × 48 cm |
|---|---|---|
| Cushion elevation | 5 in | 13 cm |
| Maximum dog weight | 35 lb |
Two still to confirm
Published as nothing, never as an estimate
- Seat interior
- The confirmed size is the outside envelope. The inside — length and width at the cushion — has not been given to us, and it is the one a dog is measured against.
- Product weight
- The figure we used to show came from marketing images rather than the specification sheet, and the sheet does not restate it.
Back length matters as much as weight, and we can already tell you whether the length works: see the Fit Ruler. The full specification, the materials and the installation steps are on the seat's own page.
Before you buy
What this seat is not
This is a containment and comfort seat, not a crash restraint. It has not been independently certified, and no booster seat of this type has been. Use it on the back seat, with your dog's own harness clipped to the tether, never to a collar.
